My grandmother, Ellen "Nellie" Barret was from Ardrahan (born 1891). She left for Boston MA in 1905 to join her sister, Mary. I believe she was one of seven children. I'm looking for information on the Barret family.

Hi Eileen, a very late reply but I have been asked to look at unanswered queries. I see an Ellen Barrett born in May 1891 in Liberty, Creagh, Galway, father is a Thomas and mother Bridget Caulfield, there are at least 6 siblings, first born appears to be 1887. All these births should be on the free site Irish Genealogy under civil records, sign in but free.
For living people we do not do but you could try a private genealogy group on Facebook in Galway, apply to join, can be very helpful.
