Looking for information on Patrick McDonnell, born abt. 1800 in Cork, parish unknown. Married Hanorah (Honora?) Buckley, who was born abt. 1810. Their children were born in Co. Cork:
Margaret, born 1832
Moses, born 1834
Marie, born 1835?
Jeremiah, born 1838
Ellen, born 1841
The McDonnell family emigrated in 1849/1850 and settled in Garryowen, Iowa. Several of Hanorah Buckley McDonnell's siblings also settled in Garryowen, IA. Their father's name was Daniel Buckley, believed to be from Cork, parish unknown. I am looking for the parish of Patrick and Hanorah McDonnell and that of Daniel Buckley.
