Looking for McCall(changed their name to Call when they reached America)

Am looking for Ancestors of Patrick McCall born in Ireland in 1841.  I've got a map that shows his birthplace to be where the R355 intersects the R356 with Craighwell to the north, Eyerecont to the east, Ballycrissane to the south and Killimore to the west.  I cannot figure out which parish or which village because they've only listed what appear to be the larger towns on the map.  I would like to know who his parents were, and if he had any siblings, and if any of my family are still over there in Ireland.  How exciting this is!

Patrick left Ireland in 1850 (I'm assuming with his parents since he was only 9 years old)  and arrived in New York on October 2, 1850, probably from Glasgow as is stated on Ancestry.com.  There must have been a ship's manifest where his name was found, otherwise Ancestry.com would not have published a specific date.   Patrick was still listed as living in Manhattan, NY in the 1860 census.  He also lived in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and died on March 29th 1881 in Lynn, Massachusetts. 

I believe his father (who is he?) or he himself changed their surname to Call once they arrived here in America.  Possibly Patrick's children changed the surname, I'm not sure.   He married Mary O'Brien (b.1825)  from Maine USA.  He had several offspring, with one being my great grandfather  Edward Patrick Call from Boston Massachusetts and Maine. So Patrick McCall would be my g-g-grandfather.
