  • Hi,

Have you tried the Donegal Genealogy Resources website.  It's a great site for all Donegal genealogy.

The name Shea in not a Donegal name - It comes from Kerry and the Cork area.  My last name is Shea and I'm from Donegal but my Shea's come from Galway.

The library in Letterkenny may be able to help you.  Their web address is http://www.donegallibrary.ie/

    They are really helpful there.
