I think that the Queenstown that you mentioned refers to a town that is now called Cobh, in CO. Cork. THe town had been renamed Queenstown in 1850 to commemorate a vist by Queen Victoria. It was then renamed Cobh in 1920 with the foundation of the Irish Free State.

Have you looked at any Irish genealogy resources to help you trace what happened to them once they returned to Ireland? Some good sources of information include the National Library and the National Archives. Their websites are  http://www.nli.ie/en/family-history-introduction.aspx and http://www.nationalarchives.ie/genealogy1/genealogy-records/introduction/ respectively.

Also you could check Church Records for any records of births, baptisms, marriages etc. The Irishtimes website is a great resource for this as it shows you what records are available in each specific county. To see what records are available for Cobh (Queenstown) follow this link:

Have you looked at the Irish Census Records for 1911? This may offer some information on the family after they returned to Ireland. You can find this at the following link:

If you would like to find some information about your Great Grand Parents you can try Griffiths Valuation. These are land records pertaining to Ireland dating from 1848-64. As there are no complete census records prior to 1901 this is a valuable source of information for the time. You can find it here:
