I have been able to establish that my ancestor Jonathan Shortt who was an attorney died in Blackhall Street in 1832 from the Tipperary Clan index, where to from here? I am assuming that it is likely that his death showed in a newspaper but I haven't been able to locate it. Any help I would be most grateful for. I estimate his date of birth as 1782. His parents were Charles Shortt and Grace Gilbert and I descend from his son John Shortt who was a Barrister in Dublin. Any help I would be most appreciative of.
