Hello,
this is a difficult one as the birth dates predate the parish records in King's County. I have searched through Griffith's Valuation, the land survey, and find Cassidy's in neighbouring parishes like Eglish and Drumkerrin but nothing that links to the name Garrett or similar.
Have you already contacted the Offaly genealogy centre to see if there are any records at all?
