I didn't have any luck finding a Turmone in Clonmany. There could very well be a Turmone that is known to local people but not found on the internet.  I did howver  find a separate DED called Tremone/Turmone. Could be another possibility that he was born in a location separate from his father's residence.

Also if your family was in Ireland in 1901/1911 you should be able to find them in the census.

I don't know if you found out where Turmone is or not, but there is a Tir Maine house in Clonmany.  They have a lot of different spellings for the same surnames and townlands.  So perhaps Turmone could be Tir Maine.  See the following:

Another item of interest in connection with the same house concerns one, Dennis O'Donnell, who in 1740 was ... 1 mile S. of Clonmany, slightly W. of same road serving Tirmaine House (10/25) from Clonmany, slightly N.W. of village of Glebe.
