Hi
Do NSW BDM records show the name of the parents of the William Harrison born 17-10-1836.. Margaret Harrison 13-3-1842? In the online Index, the births are easy to identify, the mother's name entered as Eleanor and as Ellen.
Have you been able to see the original church entries for the births? Commonly, for church records the names were entered in Latin; hence many variants of the same name. Many sites offer lists of name variants: example

The NSW Records Office (Rocks area) holds tapes of early passenger lists. Being a convict, there will be more information about your ancetor on the captain's register for the 'Elizabeth'. There should also be a list of service, and Govt. Gazette entries for any Conditional Pardon. These were also printed in the newspaper, and a search of old newspapers via NLA TROVE (direct to advanced search http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/search?adv=y) This provides where is NSW they could be. If in Albury area, over the river is Victorian registration, so you'd need to look there as well.
Hope this is some help.
