How do I obtain a parish Record

It's a County Clare record I am after and I don't believe the Clare Parish Records available on rootsireland.

Further to my post, I have now found the parish record of my great great grandparents.  Thank you to the wonderful, helpful and diligent staff at the Clare Library.  They are the most fantastic group of people amd have assisted me so much with my searches.

I now know that my great great grandparents married in Mullagh in 1845 and would be interested in hearing from any Shannons in, or close to, that area around that time.  My great great grandmother was one Katherine Shannon and was born some time around 1820, probably close to Mullagh.  The witnesses at her wedding were Patrick and Honor Shannon but I have,no way of knowing what relation they were to her.

Can anyone add anything about these Shannons please?
