Keane family

In looking at the many Keane families in Kilmaley Parish, the Keane's in Bealcragga seem to have the most promise.  There was a John Keane present at the time of the Tithe Applotments in 1826.  Murphy was a commom name in that part of the parish as well.

There are no records available in the parish prior to 1828 however, so putting the two together may be difficult.  If you have additional information, please let me know and I can dig a bit deeper.
