I'm seeking help confirming whether or not my GGG grandparents, Edward Fitzgerald and Johanna Buckley, are from Abbeyfeale. I have not been able to confirm this or their exact departure from Ireland and arrival in the United States, but they were married in the U.S. on 5/7/1853 and were settled in/near Baltimore, Maryland. Edward and other Fitzgeralds (Christopher, William, Patrick) were leaders in St. Joseph's Church in Texas, Maryland, which is where Edward's gravemarker indicates his birth was in Limerick. Any assistance is much appreciated!

It looks like their records begin in 1856 which is too late for Edward Fitzgerald and Johanna Buckley but possibly their parents stayed in Ireland and died after 1856.
Coincidentally, I attend St. Joseph's Chruch in Texas Maryland.
