Where is Courinarran in Parish / District KILLYCLOGHER, Co. Tyrone. ?
Which Roman Catholic churches are in Killyclogher Parish?
Name Courinarran comes from an 1855 Church Marriage Record.
Thanks for all help.

I think the spelling of the townland is Corranarry. Also, I think the Ternaquin townland you are looking for is Tirquin.
See the attached map of Cappagh parish. You can see that Tirquin, Corranarry and Killyclogher are all in the same area.
Link for Catholic church in Killyclogher is below.

Hi Roger,
I've been exploring Cappagh Parish via Griffiths 1860 to familiarise myself with the areas.
Attached is a record showing Townland = Tirmurty. The closest I can find on the Cappagh map is "TIRMURRY"
Would this be the correct Townland for this Griffiths' record? Does the map refer to Cappagh Church (RC) Parish or Civil Parish?
Thanks again for your help
Cheers

The map is for Cappagh civil parish.
I think the spelling on the map should be Tirmurty not Tirmurry. There is no Tirmurry townland.

HI Roger,
Thanks for the correction. I have edited the map so it now shows Tirmurty, not Tirmurry. The corrected .jpg is attached.
Any idea what date that map applies to?

Not sure of the date of the map but it may date to the 19th century.
