Anne Mattimoe born abt 1850

married John Bannon born about 1850 in Roscommon.

Three children  Katherine (Kattye) Bannon about 1877 left for US when 13

                          Mary Bannon about 1876 also came to US but not sure when

                          Patrick Bannon about 1880, I don't believe he left.

Any information would be helpful.

    I looked for a marriage record with no success. I was able to find a birth index record for a Patrick Bannon which is consistent with a baptismal index record which shows the parents as John Bannon and Anne Mattimoe. I would write to the GRO and get a copy of the birth record. www.groireland.ie  Fill out the form and provide the registration district, year and quarter of registration, volume and page number. The record should show the townland the family lived in.

    Thank you for the additional information. I did have this info from Ancestry, but wasn't sure what to do with
