Thomas Briggs marriage to Sarah Russell Kirkwood was registered in Belfast Jan ? March 1882 Volume 1, page 331.
There are two possible births of their daughter Sarah Briggs in the indexes to the civil registers, one was born Belfast Apr ? June 1882 Volume 1, page 247; the other Jan ? Mar 1884 Volume 1, page 285.
With those reference details you can order a photocopy of the relevant certificates from GRO Roscommon. It should cost 4 euros per cert.

Hello there and greetings from Ireland
I just checked www.rootsireland.ie which has church records online. It shows that Sarah Briggs, the daughter of Thomas Briggs and Sarah Kirkwood was baptised in 1882 in Co. Antrim. If you would like further details ie. parish, specific date, godparents etc you can check the website. It should cost you about £5-10 or so.
good luck with your search - and welcome home!
