Looking for Patrick J, Shaughnessy, b. 1865, Askeaton, County Limerick

I checked the 1901 census and found a Johanna O'Shaughnessy living with her unmarried sons Michael and John on William St. in Ashkeaton. (I'm assuming this is the mother of Patrick Shaughnessy).

I could not locate Johanna in the 1911 census (or Michael and John) but did find a James O'Shaughnessy on William St. who was married and had a number of young children. Possibly he was a brother to Patrick. I'm assuming Johanna died between 1901 and 1911. You can go to www.nationarchives.ie to search for her and Michael and John if you want. Possibly they moved from Ashkeaton. www.familysearch.org is a good site for searching for birth, marriage and death index records.

And then there's my Patrick O'Shaughnessy bc 1852 in Glin, son of John O'Shaughnessy & 2nd wife Mary Murphy!  He married and settled down to raise a family in Dublin.  He died sometime between the 1901 & 1911 census and finding his children are my next challenge! 

Denis Christoopher 1882, Mary Alice 1887 died pre 1911, James  bc 1881 married Mary Reilly, Denis 1883, Nicholas 1886 a bricklayer married Catherine & Patrick c 1890
