I am researching my family,the Rea's of Fermoy. My grandfather was Richard, his father was Thomas, and he had several brothers who lived in or near Fermoy. I would appreciate any help in finding out about my family. We will be visiting Fermoy in mid September. I am writing a book on our family history, so any information would be of interest. I found a Richard Rea family in Coolcarron townland near Fermoy in the 1901 and 1911 censuses. Not sure if this is your family. Please take a look and see what you think.
