Sorry that I only saw your message today.
My name is Hamill, I was born and raised in Portadown Co. Armagh
My grandparents lived in Breagh Lower townland of Tartaraghan, which isn't too far from Portadown. You'll see that given in the 1901 Census (but not the 1911 census). I visited them in Breagh Lower many times.
My grandfather was also Felix Hamill, though I don't think it's the same person as shown on the census, since the age doesn't tally.
I don't know if you're still looking into this more than 1 year on.
