I am a descendant of Matthew Patrick Cooney whose father was Christopher Cooney, Coal factor , mother was Catherine Smythe or Smyth, a dressmaker, married 20.02.1868 North Dublin, County Dublin ,her father was Patrick Smyth and he was a Corse Merchant from 33 Abbey St, North Dublin and later Glasnevin.Our Christophers father was Nicholas Cooney Born Dec 1806

Charles Thomas Born? Died 23/3/1925 aged 37 and a bachelor,
Frederick Born1/4/1888,31 Stoneybatter Dublin
Margaret Born ? Married John Weiand from Germany on 26/11/1913 Died 17/11/1958 Chicago , Illinois USA , informant Mae Avila and brother Arthur Weiand.
Nicholas Born 25/10/1875 (some documents in the USA have 1872) Dublin, father Christopher Cooney, from 31 Stoneybatter Dublin was a Coal factor.Went to the USA
Matthew Patrick Born 9/3/1877 baptism St Pauls, Dublin City, Dublin, address 31 Stoneybatter, Dublin Went to USA with Nicholas and John James
John James Born 1870 went to the USA
I would like to know anyone who has a connection to Christopher Cooney 31 Stoneybatter Dublin or his siblings..... or his father Nicholas Cooney born Dublin 1806.
