James Neale/O'Neil/Neil (depending on where you read it) lived in Richfordstown/Maulmacredmond and emmigrated to St John NB Canada in May or June of 1849 with wife Johannah O'Sullivan and 4 children.
I believe his father may have been Patrick Neale, and there was also a Michael Neale related to Patrick, no proof for these.
Am looking, for many years now, for any relatives of our James or Johannah. It seems unlikely that James had no siblings, so where did they all go? Johannah has been difficult also, as there are SO many Sullivans.
I have the names of J&J's children and their godparents.
