Hello,
I am currently trying to find a baptism record for my grandmother Mary Muriel Selman, born 24 jan. 1889 and probably baptised on 02 march 1889. The birthplace on her birth certificate is "Derryhamlagh" Parish/District of Florencecourt, which must be a misspelled version of Derryhawlagh (the birth certificate is handwritten).
I am trying to locate the exact (protestant) parish where her baptism could have been registered, but I have been unlucky for the moment.
My family left Ireland in the early 1900s, so there are no living relatives around. I would be very grateful if someone familiar with the region could point me towards the right direction, all I need are the addresses or contact persons for the two or three parishes where the record could be available.
Thanks for taking the time to read my message!
Kind regards,
Rainer H?rtlein
P.S. I can provide some more information and documents if necessary

Rainer,
As is frequently the case in Ireland, the spelling of the townland will vary and you should expect to find alternative versions. The Selman family had left Derryhawlagh by the time of the 1901 census:

You say the family were Protestant. For Fermanagh that could be Church of Ireland or Methodist.
Contacts:

http://ireland.anglican.org/information/dioceses/parish/13790
If you don?t receive a reply, a copy of the records for both churches is held in PRONI (the public record office) in Belfast.
