Hi Rowline,
There is a record of the baptism of Richard Williams in Dublin 1842 on www.rootsireland/
They charge to view the full record but it would give you the parents' names and the parish.
I searched years 1837 + - 5 years and this was the only 1 that came up.

Hi Rowline,
I have had a good look at your question, I believe George and Susan were originally from Wales, George came to Dublin to work as a fisherman, in the early 1860's the whole family emigrated to Hull, at the time Hull was one of the largest fishing ports in the World, Richard and Elizabeth married there.

Hi Brendan
Thank you for your message and your research. I am most interested.
I am new at this, is it possible for me to get scanned copies of the church records emailed to me.
What information did you find and where did you get it from, which makes you believe George &Susan Williams came from Wales and that the whole family emigrated to Hull in the 1860's.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Rowline,
Williams is an ethnic Welsh surname, the fact that 2 out of 3 children were living in Hull early 1860's points to the high probability that the whole family moved there.
The baptism records are here:
http://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/
Using the information above you can order the baptism records from the Church of Ireland Library, Milltown, Dublin 6. Records cost 10 euro each.

Hi Brenan
Thank you for the information.
I can't find anything in Hull or Dublin for George & Susan Williams or their daughter Harriet apart from her baptism thanks to you.

G'day!
I don't know if this helps, but there is a facebook group for Ringsend people. It helped me find a photo of my mum that she didn't even know existed!
Perhaps it may help you?
Cheers.
