I am looking for any information about Charles I beleive he had a brother Richard ,
Can any one help be with information of how I can find Charles Mother / Father / Sisters / Brothers

The surname spelling for your family in Ireland was likely Dignan or Duignan. The 1857 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Co. Leitrim shows 59 Dignans and 53 Duignans entries and no Degnan entries. I looked at Roots ireland www.rootsireland.ie for Charles Degnan/Dignan/Duignan baptism records. There was an 1845 baptism record for a Charles Duignan in the Mohill RC records. No idea if this is your realtive. Roots is a pay site although they have a 40% off special until January 6th.
I assume you have Charles' death record from England and there is no info on his parents.
