Looking for the birth of William John Tracey, born abt 1802 in Rosecrea. Parents unknown. William married Bridgit Brady, (born abt 1798) in Ireland - probably Rosecrea, in 1828. Bridgit's maiden name is difficult to read on her death certificate, but it seems to be either "Illrin" or "Imrin" or "Uren". They went to Liverpool for a few years and then emigrated to New Zealand in 1865 to be with family who had emigrated there earlier.

Thank you for your message. Roscrea is a parish in Co. Tipperary. Unfortunately, Catholic records for the parish only start in 1810 so it is unlikely that you will be able to find a birth record for him:
