Anyone with connection to Foran family of Co. Waterford, parish of Mothel and/or Rathgormack, tiny town of Clonea (aka Clonea-Power)?

I you search the Irish phone book Residential for Foran Waterford you'll find 18 of them.
I'm not sure what info you have but there are 21 Forans in Waterford in the Tithe Applotments 1825-37 (free to search)
I couldn't search Griffiths Valuation (free search) as it is having maintenance but the 1911 Irish census (free search) has 89 & the 1901 has 111.
www.rootsireland.ie/ has 736 Foran birth/baptisms in Waterford
