hello, im looking for my family on my mums side of the family  - i have a baptism record for my grandad dennis martin who was baptised in the st mary church on 30 may 1915 his parents are listed as patrick martin and brigid kenny - dennis had a sister called mary and two brothers john and micheal - mary went to america but i dont know when, and i believe that john followed her some time later. Micheal came to england with Dennis and they both died here. My mum said that dennis's parents ran a farm but other than this i know nothing about them - is there anything else you can tell me.

Kind Regards

I found a 1909 civil marriage index record for a Patrick Martin and Bridget Kenny in the Longford registration district. I checked the 1911 census. I believe I found Bridget with her daughter Mary Ellen living with her mother and brother in Cloontagh townland. If you are interested in getting a copy of the 1909 marriage record from the GRO (costs around 4 euros), let me know and I will explain the process.
