I am looking for ANY information about the children of John P Flannagan and Mary A King who appear on the 1901 Census with only two of their sons Simon and Thomas. They had another son named George P Flanangan came to Boston in 1895. They also had a daughter Catherine b 3 April 1880 @ Rotunda Hospital and who was baptized at St Michan's RC Church 12 April 1880. I am having difficulty finding a marriage or a death/burial information for her. It seems Thomas followed his brother to Boston in 1903 and Simon (possibly) died in 1914. Any help locating Catherine would be my immediate goal.
Thank You ~Carol~ (in Bridgeport, CT USA)

Hi Carol
I had a look on www.rootsireland.ie/ for Catherine Flanagan marriages 1910 + - 12 years & got no results in Dublin but 47 in other counties!
There doesn't seem to be a death record for her in Dublin on rootsireland which means she married or died elsewhere.
www.irishgenealogy.ie has lots of Catherine Flanagan marriages in Dublin and is free so you might try that site as rootsireland costs to view.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will have to bite the bullet and make a bit of an an educated guess and view a few. Is it possible for one to review the records "hands on" in Dublin? Do you know? Catherine was not on the 1901 with her parents and brothers so that would suggest that she married before that IF she hadn't died

Have a look at the Government Records Office Dublin website - it will give you an idea of what's available
