Trying to find out details of Clement Betts born c1818. Would like to find out his parents' and siblings names, etc.

I checked Roots Ireland www.rootsireland.ie but did not locate a baptismal record. Clement is shown in the 1854 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing living in Cushinstown.
