Good Morning
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out and apologies for the delay in replying to your message.
As you can see from the link below, Ballymoney is a Civil Parish in Co. Antrim:
Church of Ireland records for the parish begin in 1807 while records for the corresponding Roman Catholic Parish begin in 1853. As this is the case, there will not be any church records for Thomas, born in 1763. It is very frustrating when you discover that parish records do not begin early enough. There other sources you could try that may help you piece together some further information about Thomas and his father Quinton and the Dick surname in general.
www.familysearch.org has a huge database of genealogical records including some church records for Ireland.
www.rootsireland.ie have a large collection of Irish Church records, however you have to pay to use this site
The website of the Ulster Historical Foundation is also very useful: http://www.ancestryireland.com/
As you can see from the National Archives Census, there are a number of Dick families still living in Antrim in 1901:

There are also some Dick surnames recorded on the List of Landowners over 1 acre in 1876:

You may have to consider a process of information gathering as the best next step. New sources are coming online all the time, so you may be able to link names and familes at some point in the future.
Remember to post any new information that you find here. The more information you post, the more likely it is that one of our volunteers will be able to advise or assist you. Also include information concerning which sources you may have already used so others may further your search.
Best of luck with your search
