My ancestor Roger Gillespie stated on his enlistment to the Royal Mounted Artillery in 1805 that he was born in Drumbo, County Antrim. Is this a town or a Parish? He was born c 1786. Are their any records available for this place?

Church of Ireland records for Drumbo begin in 1791 while records for the corresponding Roman Catholic Parish of Lisburn/Blaris, Co. Antrim are available on the website of the Ulster Historical Foundation:

There is also a townland of Drumboe in Duneane Parish in Co Antrim. It?s between Randalstown and Toomebridge and today the Ranaghan Rd runs through the middle of it. It?s not very big. Here are the occupants in 1901:
