The R.I.C. barracks in Drumcliff town is in the same townland as your Franklins on the census, and is marked on the historic OSI map from about 1900 - see : Drumcliff Constabulary Barracks
I think this is the most likely marriage for John B. and Mary. K - it's in Swinford registration district which is in Co. Mayo, and could fit with Mary's place of origin :
Name: John Franklin
Quarter and Year : Jul-Sep 1907
Registration district: Swineford
Volume: 4 / Page : 199One of the possible brides for this marriage is a Mary Kate King

There's a birth matching one of the names you mentioned on the BMD Index - it's in Sligo district in the first quarter of 1912
Name : George David Franklin
Event Type : Birth
Quarter and Year : Jan - Mar 1912
Registration District : Sligo
Volume 2 / Page 256You can use these references to order a research cert costing €4 from the GRO which will show further details - e.g. date and place of birth, parents names, father's occupation
edited : Serving policeman are often listed under just his initials and more difficult to spot, but John is listed in 1911 with his wife Mary. K. and three daughters - see : Franklin household 1911
John is a R.I.C. Constable and born in Co. Limerick. Policemen could not serve in their county of birth. Wife Mary is show as born Co. Mayo, and the three daughters born Co. Sligo. They have indicated that the are married 3 years - so c1908.
