  • That record for Joseph is an extract of a civil birth record, and the placename given is actually a civil registration sub-district of 'Killenagh And Wells', which is part of Gorey registration district. The sub-district includes parts of a number of civil parishes - Ballycanew, Monamolin, Donaghmore, Killtrisk etc in addition to about two townlands in Killenagh civil parish.

This record is a partial extract from the register, but you can use the references included to order a research cert from the GRO which will include the omitted details - e.g. place of birth (e.g. townland name), father's occupation etc. The references are sometimes included in the misleadingly captioned 'Christening Place' preceding the 'Address' - e.g. '886, Killenagh and Wells..' or sometimes as a separate 'Reference ID' field e.g. 'v 2-2 p 886'. The v2 refers to the register volume, and the p886 refers to the page number.

There doens't seem to by any siblings to Joseph listed in extract births, but these do not cover all records, so might be worth checking the BMD Index for siblings in the same district. The only Richard Breen marriage I can find in the area around the right time is in 1865, but none of the potential brides match your Joseph's mother.

for reference see the extracted records here   (familysearch)

The full index references for Joseph's birth are as follows (the name and references match):
    Name : Joseph Breen
    Event Type : Birth
    Registration Year : 1868
    Registration District : Gorey
    Volume 2 / Page 886

Let me know if you wish to order a research cert and I'll post further details...
