There is a headstone in Oola Village that I found on historicgraves.com and it reads John Boles of Whiledarig dpd life Feby 6th 1802 aged 72yrs. Could anyone please let me know if they know where this Whiledarig is and which Catholic Parish it might belong to. I am assuming it is an old townland. Thank You

Marie:
The RC parish is Oola and Solohead. The RC parish is part in Co. Limerick and part Co. Tipperary. Here is a link to the online parish register. http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0278 I think Whiledarig was a place name before the official townlands were established in 1851 or so. I checked the 1826 Tithe listings for Oola civil parish and there were no records in Whiledarig at that time. We don't have an active parish liaison in that area.

I would suggest that the address is Foildarrig, Cappawhite which is relatively local
