Hi, I am trying to trace my family tree and looking for great great grandparents who were from Rosscommon in County Down (I think) their names were Andrew Taggarty and Jane McCormack their family came to New Monklands in Scotland about 1890ish and my great grandfather also Andrew Taggarty was born in Ireland 1863 and died in Scotland 1944 married Mary Jane Harris M/S Adams born Ireland 1864 also died in Scotland 1921 the birth certificates of their sons and daughters states they  were married in Rosstrevor Ireland 1888. Mary Jane Adams was also married to Alexander Harris and had a daughter Elizabeth in Ireland Alexander died when he was only 27 in 1887 and then she married my great grandfather 1888 I have tried to find a marriage certificate online for them but have had no luck. I have also been in touch with other members of the family and no one seems to be able to find one (maybe they didn't marry after all) but it would be good to find out one way or the other.
