Downes family from 1833

I located four baptismal records transcriptions on Roots Ireland. The parents were Nicholas Downes and Elizabeth Murphy. The RC parish was Shandrum which is just to the west of Charleville RC parish. The four records were:

Nicholas 5/11/1833  Mary 3/21/1836 Patrick 8/10/1838 and Elizabeth 5/2/1841

Did not find an Ellen but maybe the Mary is her record i.e. Mary Ellen. You can search the parish register below  for possible other baptismal records.  http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0095

I checked the 1852 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Shandrum civil parish. Did not see a Downes entry.

Thank you for info does help my sister thinks our grandad wanted her to be called Mary. Ellen often visited with my grandad so I heard did not know him. Thanks again will look up more.
