Family stories say Timothy McCarty (or McCarthy) married Honora Evair Ford on the same day as Queen Victoria's coronation, which was April 1839
I believe they lived in Cork and based on birth records with the same parents names, I believe this to the parish.
Timothy McCarty was born 1822, Honora Evair Ford as well
Timothy's parents - Jeremiah McCarthy and Johanna Demsy
Honora Evair's parents - Bartholomew and Elizabeth Sweeney
I've had no luck searching irishgenealogy.ie, familysearch.org, rootsireland.ie, ancestry.com, would appreciate suggestions for contacts and/or info.

I suggest that you contact the Heritage Centre in Skibbereen to see if they might be able to help you. Recording of marriages and births did not begin in Ireland until1864 and Church Marriage records are very few.
