Looking for relatives of William J. Phelan and Bridget Slatterly who emigrated to New York City in 1883 or thereabouts. Last known address No. 4 Catherine Street, Clonmel. William was a member of the Carpenters and Joiners Union Clonmel Branch in June1875.

You could also check civil records. Civil records are available from the General Register?s Office in Dublin. Here is their website:
