Barbara,
Some McMurrays & Jennings in Co Down on this site:
http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/%7Erosdavies/SURNAMES/Mc/McMurray.htm
I note that your information is that John McMurray was born in Inch but baptised in Dromore. That would be unusual but not impossible. You don?t say what denomination the family were but looking at the records hat still exists, in Dromore the oldest are the Church of Ireland which start in 1784. There are 3 Presbyterian churches but none has any records prior to 1832. In Inch, the Church of Ireland records start in 1767. NO Presbyterian churches listed in that parish. So you might just find Jane?s baptism in Inch, if she was Church of Ireland, but you won?t find John?s if the year of birth is accurate. You might also find their marriage. (Tradition was to marry in the bride?s church).
Copies of the above records are held in PRONI, in Belfast. They are not on-line, so far as I am aware.
Looking at the 1901 census for Co Down, there were 202 McMurrays listed. The majority were Presbyterian, and most of the remainder were Church of Ireland. Only 8 RC.

There is a Jennings family gravestone in the Inch Abbey graveyard (Ch.of Ireland). Would you like a photo?.
