John Owens II (born 1800 probably in Drumcrow, Inishmacsaint Parish, Co. Fermanagh), married Isabella Brandon (born 1806). They were possibly Methodists, and its possible that Isabella was the daughter of a minister. I do not have her place of birth nor the date of her marriage.
They lived in Rosscrennagh or Rossharbour, Templecarne Parish, Co. Fermanagh, and had at least five kids before John died in 1844. John is buried in the Templecarne graveyard, although his stone- if there was one- is no longer in evidence.
Isabella remarried to her cousin, Francis Brandon and they emigrated to Canada with the kids in 1846 aboard the Unicorn out of Killybegs, Co. Donegal.
I would like to find out more about Isabella, especially her parents, her birthplace, and her marriage date.
Cheers, Carl
