Who is Samuel Dougherty parents

I am looking for Samuels Dougherty parents.  I had thought he was my grandmother brother but it ends up he is not.  in the 1911 census i look into my grandmothers family it does not show samuel at all and he would be 9 when this census was taken...Also when Daniel died Hannah took her whole family to the states in the 20s and Samuel was not with them.

Samuel would not show up in the 1901 census due to it being done in March and Samuel was born on 9/22/1901 but he is found in the 1911 census in Daniels other siblings household as a nephew and in 1901 James was head of the family and in 1911 his son  Peter takes over as head of house hold and i would assume that Peter would not be his father due to him stating he is a nephew

So the big question of the day would be who is his parents..Rosena, Mary, Jane, or Cathrine.  Any help on this would be great...I'm trying to get any info on this family as much as i can and hope someone can help.
