    Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

Go to www.irishgenealogy.ie which is a free Irish government site which has Co. Kerry church records. John and Johanah were born before civil registration started. I would look for John around 1833 or so. I would also look for a John Casey marriage record around 1857 which may give your her maiden name. Abbeyfeale iparish s right on the border with Co. Kerry. Most likely they came from a parish in North Kerry close to the Limerick border. Brosna and Duagh RC parishes are the most likely.

As an aside, house 23 has no significance as an address and in fact in 1911, the Casey family was house 32. RIC constables collected the census forms and as they visited each townland, they called the first house visited-house 1, second house-house 2 etc.
