I am looking for information about my ancestor William Henry Bell Kingsley 1835-1901. I understand he was a JP for the Nenagh Bench. Where can I find the date when he was appointed to the bench? thanks

One place where you should be able to find out more are the newspaper archives. You can subscribe to the Irish Newspaper Archive or the British Newspaper Archive for short periods. There is one baptism for a William Kingsley on rootsireland in Tipperary in Jan 1837 - do you know what his father's name was?
