John McSherry was born in 1843 in Leitrim, Ireland, the child of Mary Ann. John McSherry married Mary Ann Kane on July 2, 1863, in Cork, Cork, Ireland, when he was 20 years old. and they had eight children together. He then had one daughter from another relationship. He died in 1918 in Saint John, New Brunswick,Canada at the age of 75.Looking for any information related to my family. Thank You

I checked Roots Ireland from 1838-1848 in Co. Leitrim and they had ten different John Mac Sharry baptismal records in that period. None were in 1843. Do you have any info on his parents names? Otherwise, we won't be able to confirm if any of these records were for your ancestor. Likely the family was from the upperhalf of Co. Leitrim.
I looked for an 1863 marriage record at this site www.irishgenealogy.ie but got no record. Civil registration started in 1864.
