James Flaherty Family of Killeany

I am seeking information about the James Flaherty family of the Arran Islands.  In Killeany, I found ames Flaherty who married

Mary Costello  about 1810.  Three sons were James (born 1819), Andrew (1817) and Patrick.  These dates were taken from the 1841 and 1851 census.  They were fishermen and farmers.  Later, there was a James Flaherty in Galway who was killed by soldiers about 1855.  And there was a James Flaherty who was a Commission in Galway.

My James Flaherty (born 1819) married Agnes (probably Flaherty) about 1844.  Their daughter, Agnes Bridget Flaherty , was born in May 1848.  The Flahertys immigrated about 1853 . James ' brothers, Andrew and Patrick probably immigrated at the same time. There were probably other children born to James and Agnes Flaherty. 

Agnes Flaherty's parents were likely John Michael Flaherty and Mary Costello of Kilmurvy.  The children of this couple were quite confusing on th 1841 and 1851 census. John Michael Flaherty probably had a first wife who died and he then married Mary Costello.

James Flaherty's parents were most likely James and Omer Flaherty of Killeany.

Any additional information about this family would be much appreciated.  Roman Catholic baptismal and marriage records

would be helpful. Records are probably in the RC parish of Headford, aka Killursa or Killower.  Thank you.
