Hello,

My name is Kathleen Flanagan. My faminly is from the village of Tynagh. My great grandfather Thomas come over from Ireland in the early 1800's. He married a woman Mary Cannon. I don't know if she was from the same village.

I am wondering if there are any more Flanagan's there who would know more about my family.

    The 1855-1856 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Tynagh civil parish showed two Flanagan records. By the 1901 census, there were no Flanagans in Tynagh civil parish. I did find two Thomas Flanagan baptismal records in Tynagh parish in 1821. Possibly one of them is for your ancestor? See below.
