Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I located a Church of Ireland record in Naas. See below. The mother's maiden name is not listed. There is also a civil birth index record. Also see below. Possibly this record is for your ancestor. You would have to write to the General Register Office to get a copy of the record for around 4 euros. If you want instructions let me know.
I did not see the family in the 1901 census in Co. Kildare.

Go to this link https://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/Apply-for-Certificates.aspx print the birth form and fill it out to the best of your ability. Include the info from the index record above. make sure you check copy only. Cost should be around 4 euros. You have to mail the form to Ireland (address provided when you print the form). You can ask GRO to e-mail the copy back to you. I provide a credit card number and had no issues.
