Has there ever been a listing of Mourneabbey graveyards and cemeteries with their locations? If so, where can it be accessed?

Mourneabbey only has one graveyard, no graves are online yet unfortunately.

Hi , Headstons inscriptions for Mourneabbey, can be accessed at Cork County or City Library . You will have to visit the Library to access them. They are under Vol 11 O'kiev Cosh Mang Slieve Loughter and Upper Mlackwater.
Also in The National Library of Ireland Kildare St Dublin, no 94145 c12.
