A brick wall for years. My great-greatgrandad was Daniel Edward Daly from Skibberren according to what I can find from his marriage record. He gives a birth date of Dec 25, 1829....enlisted in Cork 1850. I "believe" his parents are Patrick and Mary nee Kelly.
He died in India 1877 leaving a widow and several children.
I am hoping to connect with someone who might have more information as I'm sure he wasn't an only child.
