I am the great great granddaughter of John Carbery. Born in Enniscorthy Wexfod around 1838, he arrived in Australia around 1858 married in 1866 his daughter was born 1867 and John passed away 1868, the only information I have is his mothers name was Bridget, his father was William and he had a sister Mary,and his marriage certificate states he was was born in Enniscorthy Wexford, any advise or information would be great appreciated J

I was unable to find the baptismal record on the Find My Past data base. The only suggestion I have is to look thru the parish register for Enniscorthy to see if you can find the record. http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0593

Many thanks Rodger, I have searched find my past and ancestry with no success either, this is now a 4 year mystery, I have also searched immigration and travel records here in Aus again nothing correlates to the information I have re age / arrival year, again thankyou for your reply J
