My ancestors were Michael Ryan and Catherine Kiely of Limerick. Michael was born about 1828 and Catherine was born about 1834. They were married in 1857 after immigrating to Norwich Connecticut, USA.
Any advice for trying to track down these people with very common names?
Thanks!

Dear Joe
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out and apologies for the long delay in getting back to you.
Does their marriage record in the US yield an further information? It would be very difficult to pinpoint accurately the correct baptism for either given the common surnames, without the names of at least one parent.
Best wishes

Hello! Today I received some more information. My Catherine Kiely was born in Limerick to John and Maey Kiely. She had an older brother John born May 1825 in Limerick.
Thank you!
